We advise and represent businesses whose activity is affected by public law, such as regulation, supervision and the requirements of EU law.
Our clients include private corporations, state-owned companies and government bodies in regulated sectors of the economy. As a boutique practice, we handle every matter personally, combining academic depth with extensive experience in a broad variety of sectors.
The firm is led by its founder, Dr. Nikolaos I. Simantiras, Assistant Professor of Public Law at the University of Athens and Attorney at the Supreme Courts of Greece. After several years as a research associate at the Faculty of Law of the University of Munich, he returned to Greece in 2015, where he served as a legal associate in the Legal Office of the Presidency of the Hellenic Republic and worked alongside leading Athens law firms and institutions such as the Bank of Greece. Drawing on this combination of academic and practical experience, he established the firm in its present form, and at its present offices, in 2021.
